Callan Eggen Coaching ("the app") is a private client portal for people personally coached by Callan Eggen. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. The short version: your data exists so your coach can coach you. It is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used to track you.
The app stores only what you and your coach put into it:
Exclusively to deliver your coaching: reviewing your check-ins, adjusting your training and nutrition plans, and tracking your progress over time. There is no advertising, no analytics profiling, and no selling or renting of data to anyone, ever.
Two people: you and your coach. Progress photos and check-in data are private to your account and visible only to Callan Eggen as your coach. No other client can see your data.
Data is stored securely with Supabase, our database and authentication provider, with row-level security enforcing the access rules above. Transactional emails (such as welcome messages) are delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
The app does not use third-party advertising SDKs, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The app supports a personal coaching relationship and is not a medical device. Nothing in it is medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training or nutrition program.
The app is for coaching clients aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. Material changes will be communicated inside the app.
